Elimination of Skip Statement

Credit Union Members:

The Credit Union has been advised to eliminate the Skip Statement program.

To comply with this request, the December statement, mailed in January will have a printed notice advising all members about this change. Beginning with the January 2020 statement, each member will be mailed a monthly statement. This will unfortunately result in a $2.00 fee for the mailing of the statement. As a courtesy, members under 18 and over 65 years of age are exempt of this mailing fee.

Members who wish to stop the mailing of their statements are now required to sign up for the no cost online E-Statement on our website. You can sign up as follows:

1. Go onto website at: https://baltimorewashingtonfcu.org
2. Sign Up or Log In to Online Banking by clicking on the box under Your Credit Union Account Services.

*If you have not signed up before, please call us for your initial log in information.

3. Once you have logged into the Online Banking section, you are able to sign up for monthly E-       Statements by clicking E-Statements under the Balances section.
4. Please read the Start E-Statement Service information and Accept the terms. You will be prompted to Accept a second time on the bottom right of the page. You are now set up for monthly E-Statements.

*In some cases, the current statement will not be available due to processing times. Following months will be available to you once they have printed.
