IVR (Phone Teller) – Our 24-hour Voice Automated System lets you check balances and conduct transactions from any touch-tone phone (410-787-4680), whenever it’s convenient for you. Many of our members find that this free service fits their busy schedules perfectly, allowing them to access their accounts with a simple phone call.
Free Online Banking Service– We have a Free Online Banking service for members who open Checking Accounts to assist in managing your Online Payment needs. Other features include automatic transfers to your other BWFCU accounts, as well as transfers to your family who might have an account with us.
Estatements– by signing up for online banking you can choose estatements and view your statements online. in doing this you forgo a $2 monthly fee for mailed statements.
Notary Service – Available free of charge to all members.
