To The Members of Baltimore Washington FCU:
The Baltimore Washington FCU has updated the temporary changes to our FACE TO FACE transaction process to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff. The INNER LOBBY is OPEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY effective 6/15/2020. (We have NO Walk-In services at this time) We will continue in person cash transactions by DRIVE -THRU access. Members with appointments will be screened for COVID-19 before entry and masks must be worn. Maximum Occupancy is 100 square foot per person, so we may allow up to TWO Members at the same time. We understand the inconvenience this will cause and we continue to ask for your patience at this time. Please be aware of the following services we will continue to provide and ask you to use as your first choice:
Our ATM machines in the Credit Union Outer Lobby and inside the Hospital remain available for cash withdrawal for those members with Visa Debit Cards.
The Night Depository remains an option for DEPOSIT TRANSACTIONS.
For account balances and transfers, we ask members to first use our BWFCU website at: www.baltimorewashingtonfcu.org *Our website has a Free Bill Pay Feature available for members with Share Draft Accounts.
The Phone Teller system is also available at 410-787-4680 for account balances and transfers.
The Drive-Thru remains open at this time for all deposits and withdrawals.
