Temporary In Person Changes.

To The Members of Baltimore Washington FCU:

The Baltimore Washington FCU has implemented temporary changes to our FACE TO FACE transaction process to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff. The INNER AND OUTER LOBBY of the Credit Union is closed effective 3/31/2020. We will conduct in person cash transactions by DRIVE -THRU access only. We understand the inconvenience this will cause and we are asking for your patience at this time. Please be aware of the following services we will continue to provide:

*THIS WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR PAYROLL DEPOSIT. Automatic and Electronic transactions will not be interrupted.                            

Our ATM machines in the Credit Union Outer Lobby and inside the Hospital remain available for cash withdrawal for those members with Visa Debit Cards.

The Night Depository remains an option for DEPOSIT TRANSACTIONS.

For account balances and transfers, we ask members to first use our BWFCU website at: www.baltimorewashingtonfcu.org                                                                                                                                                                                                   *Our website has a Free Bill Pay Feature available for members with Share Draft Accounts.

The Phone Teller system is also available at 410-787-4680 for account balances and transfers.

The Drive-Thru remains open at this time for all deposits and withdrawals.
